Fulfilment Policy

All bookings at Eden Therapy Clinic, including online bookings, are subject to availability during listed opening hours. Management reserve the right to cancel or change bookings on occasion. Gift voucher bookings are also subject to availability and are non-refundable.

A deposit may be required prior to the appointment date in certain cases. 

For promotional offers and online offers paid over the phone or online, full payment is required and is non-refundable. 

For voucher purchases, voucher details including voucher code and security/redemption code must be provided when booking. Appointments can only be held for 24 hours without this information and will automatically be released after this timeframe. 

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy


With all booking cancellations, Eden Therapy Clinic must be notified 48 hours in advance of the booking date and time. Any payments made for treatments in advance, including deposit payments, are strictly non-refundable and only credits are offered where bookings are cancelled within the allowed timeframe. Unfortunately, we cannot take any personal circumstances into account, we have one policy for all clients and will not make any exceptions on this.


Group booking deposit and booking fee are non-refundable if appointments are cancelled. Promotional and discounted packages are strictly non-refundable. However, a credit can be applied on client's account for future appointments, if cancelled up to 48 hours ahead of the date booked. Credit can only be used for services and not for products. 

For all vouchers, there is a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. Eden Therapy Clinic are not obliged to offer an alternative appointment if you miss your appointment using a voucher.

Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
Products must be returned at your own cost and in the original packaging. 
We cannot accept opened products or products where the packaging seal has been broken on the outer packaging.

Gift cards 
Membership cards paid in-full 
Seasonal gift items 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
