When you experience anxiety or anxiety attack, you should be aware that your body has begun to warn you that the way you have led your life is not going well. It gives you this chance to start changing something, or if you ignore it, in the future you may experience something worse. We see it as a negative thing that happened to us, we think it is a disease, a diagnosis that happened to us, but in fact, the body warns us, that we should stop, slow down and think about our lives is it really the way we should go? Where are we going? Why are we here? Why we are with somebody who hurt us? The body gives us the signal and warns us about something bigger that might happen to us in the future.
