A Detailed Look at Alpa's History
1913: Early Beginnings
The Alpa brand originated in 1913 with the introduction of Francovka, an herbal alcoholic solution used for massage and other applications. The company was initially founded in Brno.
Post-War & Relocation
Following World War II, Alpa relocated its production facilities to Velké Meziříčí, setting the foundation for the company's subsequent operations.
1994: Modern Enterprise
The company was officially privatized in 1994 and has since evolved into the modern, innovative enterprise it is today, preserving its traditional recipes while expanding its product lines.
Product & Global Reach
While Francovka remains a core product, Alpa has significantly expanded its offerings to include a variety of specialized massage products, cosmetics, and items for foot and baby care. The continuous popularity of Alpa products, particularly the original Francovka, has successfully spread beyond the Czech Republic, gaining considerable international recognition for its healing and comforting properties.

SHIPPING CUTOFF TIMES
Orders received by 6am CET are usually shipped out the same day or within two days via standard or expedited shipping. Orders received after 6am CET are shipped the following business day, plus a maximum of 5 handling days.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The email will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.

30 Day Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return an item within 30 days of receipt if it is in original, unworn condition and with tags attached. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment.
REFUND TIMELINE
Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7-21 business days. You will receive an email once your return is processed. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).
