The pandemic has shifted how we think about normality – we have started to look deeper into ourselves, better understand our environments, and be more aware of our personal and collective struggles. Today, making a kale and spinach smoothie infused with turmeric just isn’t enough. Now more than ever it’s important to understand how certain conditions can cause a change in our lives and behaviors that impact our physical, emotional, and mental health.

Jitka's Massage Journey

I take the massage journey from the year 2013 and I keep going. I am inviting you to experience the benefits of combining different types of massages in a quiet, tranquil setting. After many rates of experience, I believe that massage is not just about relaxing muscles but also releasing negative thoughts which accompany us in our daily lives, such as bad moods, removing stress, anxiety, and overall mental and physical exhaustion. My goal is to tailor your massage and deep tissue massage, and all the kinds of massage I do in my clinical experience based on a thorough initial interview, as well as feedback during the treatments, to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. I am mindful of the overall experience of using only high-quality massage oils, to meet your needs.

Jitka's Counselling Journey

When I say, “I understand that it is difficult for a lot of us to reach out for support,” (especially in regard to our emotional intelligence and relationship insecurities), I mean it. I understand why the topic of counselling can seem extremely uncomfortable, and I definitely get the (false) perception of counselling representing pure “weakness.” I understand these things because I have personally felt them as the client; as the resistant person unsure of seeking support out. It was me opening my mind to realise what I was going through, getting support from a counsellor, understanding myself, being kind to myself, and realising my self-hate was symptomatic of my trauma. Counselling helped me to become that functioning person. There will always be triggers and things that knock me off balance, but my reaction is different now. For me, there is no such thing as ‘recovered’ and ‘healed’, but there is ‘recovering’ and ‘healing’. Counselling didn’t cure me of my personal demons, but it did give me the tools to work through the obstacles in my way. And that’s what I pass on to my clients.

My Reiki journey started in 2014 and continues still. Reiki has become a lifestyle for me. It has turned me into my intuition. I am finding my voice and confidence. I am finding out who I am and I AM healing! It is a process, like peeling back the layers of an onion. I have found this to be very true. Reiki is a spiritual practice that promotes healing on a very deep level, and it is my feeling that you get out of it what you put into it. Along the way, you may feel like it’s not working, but give it a little time not everything can be healed overnight. Once I started Reiki, I found myself interested in spiritual matters and other forms of healing as well. The gentle, beautiful energy of Reiki not only improves our physical health but also supports our overall well-being and growth.

The advice given simply makes the problems easier for you, as I believe the solutions are not something you MUST take, but provide a clearer opinion from an outsider's perspective. I have the knowledge and ability to understand situations and the experience to guide you to a clearer vision of various tribulations you might have in life. There is no reason to be frustrated and confused about your current situation, as there is a spiritual and scientific way to understand any problems. If you are simply lacking confidence, focusing on one problem at a time can clarify a core issue. I work on building energies that can help you understand how karma energy works and how chakra energy points in your body are useful to know about.

I have worked with natural homemade skincare products for over 6 years, which include various types of masks, wraps, creams, and balsams that contain no chemicals. I also make my own products with natural ingredients, which I offer at the Eden Therapy Clinic. Looking at any problem, we can select the best natural healing products and processes to ease and prevent. Naturally sourced ingredients such as honey, avocado, cinnamon, dark chocolate, tea tree oil, lemon, and lavender extract are all wonderfully healing, natural ingredients that will leave your skin feeling smooth and nourished instead of sore and irritated like other products that contain harmful chemicals.
